About

Biohack Nuerodiverstiy

I’m deeply curious about better, more intentional ways of living. I love exploring ideas, asking questions, learning from different perspectives, and discovering simple things that can help us feel more grounded, connected, and well.

That curiosity is at the heart of Biohack Neurodiversity.

I’m especially passionate about exploring holistic hacks for neurodivergent individuals navigating a fast-paced, overstimulating world—especially as someone with ADHD who understands these challenges firsthand. I believe capability isn’t the issue; it’s often the environments we’re expected to function in.

Through my own journey, I’ve discovered simple, intentional ways to support executive functioning, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with what actually helps us thrive. I love writing about the things I’m learning and exploring—from mindfulness and nature to ancestral wisdom, movement, food, sensory experiences, and modern-day tools—and sharing them with others who are curious about these topics too.

I don’t believe there is one way to live, learn, or thrive. I’m interested in exploring what works, questioning what we’ve been taught, and finding ways to create lives and environments that feel more aligned with who we actually are. Sometimes, the most meaningful shifts come from simplicity.

My work also extends into creating nature-based experiences for children, where play, language, gardening, sensory exploration, and mindfulness come together. Through hands-on experiences and gentle mindful moments, children are given opportunities to communicate, explore, and learn in ways that feel natural and connected.

Whether we’re planting a seed, moving through a mindful activity, exploring a new texture, building language through play, or simply slowing down to notice what’s around us, every experience is rooted in connection and growth.

Biohack Neurodiversity is a space for my ongoing exploration—a place where I can write, reflect, learn, and share the things I’m discovering about living more intentionally, creating supportive environments, and making space for different ways of being.
